What is the return policy?

Every Thistle Glade coat is created with the utmost care to ensure you are thrilled with your purchase. However, if this isn't the case, returns are accepted 30 days from the date of delivery.

Email milly@thistleglade.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return and we will send you a shipping label.

The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Do you accept exchanges?

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to exchange it for another size, colour or style we are happy to accept exchanges!

Just email milly@thistleglade.com within 30 days from delivery, with the item you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for.

The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Free delivery is still offered for your new item.

When will I get my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. After dispatch you can expect your order within:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days

You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number within your order dispatch email.
Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. If international demand increases we will expand, feel free to let me know where you want Thistle Glade to deliver in future!

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured by hand in the Northern Welsh countryside in my home studio.

We use UK based fabric suppliers and 100% eco-friendly fabric printing methods.
